The longest MLS undefeated streak at Chase Stadium would be a franchise record if Inter Miami can defeat Atlanta United on Wednesday or draw with them.

The Herons maintained their top spot in the Supporters' Shield standings, one point ahead of FC Cincinnati, with a close 2-1 victory against the Vancouver Whitecaps on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Five Stripes' winless streak in this tournament now stands at nine games after they lost 1-0 at home to Los Angeles FC.

Only two fewer than their 2021 campaign, Atlanta's current domestic winless streak is the second-longest in a single MLS campaign (11).

The Five Stripes have lost four of their six league games played away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium this season, and they have yet to triumph in an away regular-season encounter.

The Five Stripes had just two less losses in 2024 after seven domestic losses at the conclusion of the 2023 regular season.

In addition to being the first for this team in Fort Lauderdale, a win on Wednesday would just be the second time they have defeated Miami in back-to-back league games—winning 5-2 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 2023.
