Jose Mourinho’s mission to end Fenerbahce’s title drought appears set to fall short, though speculation suggests he may stay another year to finish the job. Despite the fading title hopes, Fenerbahce remain formidable at home and could pose a serious threat to Eyupspor, who are fighting for pride.

Eyupspor, meanwhile, are in a slump, having lost four consecutive matches, including a 3-0 defeat to Kasimpasa. This poor run has seen them drop behind Istanbul Basaksehir in the race for fifth place, which now offers Europa Conference League qualification following Galatasaray’s Turkish Cup victory.
