Fenerbahce vs. Bayern: Evaluation and Forecast Bayern and Fenerbahce will square off in Round 21 of the EuroLeague.

Fenerbahce has been playing extraordinarily well ever since Sarunas Jasikevicius came control. They have only lost once, to Crvena Zvezda, in their 12 games played. They have won 11 of them. In the second half of their most recent game against Partizan, Fenerbahce gave an outstanding showing.

Against Partizan, Fenerbahce displayed two different sides in that match. They were behind as much as 17 points after just over 12 minutes of play. But Sarunas Jasikevicius, the coach, used a very small lineup during those moments, and the result was a total turnaround. Fenerbahce's best scorer, Tyler Dorsey, scored more than 20 points for the third straight game. Nate Sestina's incredible performance in the EuroLeague, when he achieved a career-high point total, was equally noteworthy. The relatively quiet play of the three center players, who combined for a meager 10 points, should be a cause for concern for head coach Jasikevicius.

Bayern Munich is playing inconsistently; they are winning most of their games in the Bundesliga but losing them in the EuroLeague. They have lost four of their previous five EuroLeague games, the most recent one being against Real Madrid at home.

Rebounding is one of Bayern's key advantages over most other EuroLeague teams. They outrebound their opponents by over seven rebounds on average, and Serge Ibaka is a major contributor to this. For the most of the EuroLeague season, the seasoned center has put up fantastic performances that have greatly aided the team's victories. Bayern, on the other hand, finds it difficult to score goals consistently. Expectations have not been realized by Andreas Obst, while Carsen Edwards and Sylvain Francisco have shown a marked lack of reliability.

As previously stated, Fenerbahce is clearly a much more gifted club when considering the caliber of each player. They have also been playing incredibly well in front of their home crowd, and they have just lost once since the season began. We think they will win again, and we think they will win by a minimum of seven points, with the help of the stands.
