On Friday night, the Oklahoma City Thunder (1-0) will take on the Cleveland Cavaliers (1-0) in an attempt to win two straight games. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will host the game, which is set to start at 7:30 PM ET.

The Thunder, 2.5-point underdogs, defeated Chicago 124-104 just ago. The Cavaliers are two-point favorites after defeating Brooklyn 114-113.

In its previous ten games versus Cleveland, Oklahoma City is 6-4.

Thunder Attempting To Remain Warm
The Thunder's season began well with a resounding victory over the Bulls in their first game. They made over 50% of their field goals in that game, demonstrating their strong shooting, and they will be looking to carry over that success on Friday.

In its debut game, Oklahoma City scored 124 points. They converted 48.7 percent of their three-pointers and 54.9 percent of their field goals.

The Thunder were led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who finished with 31 points, five rebounds, and ten assists. After finishing with 16 points, six rebounds, and six assists, Josh Giddey and Jalen Williams each had three rebounds, five assists, and sixteen points.

Oklahoma City conceded 104 points despite playing strong defense in their opening contest. If they are to win, they will require yet another strong defensive performance.

Cavaliers aiming for their second straight victory
In their season opening against the Nets, the Cavaliers needed a strong fourth-quarter performance from Donovan Mitchell. They will have their hands full in this game, but they will be hoping for an easier time against the Thunder.
Cleveland's first game saw them score 114 points. 39.5 percent of their three-pointers and 46.8 percent of their field goals were made by them.

Leading the Cavaliers with 12 rebounds and 27 points was Max Strus. In the end, Isaac Okoro contributed 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Mitchell finished with 27 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists.

Cleveland's defensive performance in the opening game was subpar, allowing 113 points. If they hope to win this game, they will need to perform better.

Ankle's Jarrett Allen has been ruled out. Dean Wade (Illness) and Darius Garland (Hamstring) are dubious.
