Barcelona's season thus far comprises of 31 league matches where they won 22 games and drew 4 contests but suffered 5 defeats resulting in 70 points which secure their position at the top of the La Liga with a four-point lead against Real Madrid who have the same fixture count.

A triumph against Celta for Barcelona in this match would give them a seven-point advantage at the top of the La Liga standings because Real Madrid does not start Sunday matches.

Flick's team won their La Liga match against Leganes last week and will move forward after their Champions League final’s loss to Dortmund.

Barcelona secured their place in the Inter Milan semi-finals despite the 5-3 aggregate victory while waiting for their first semi-final match on April 30.

The German side Barcelona stands to win all three titles during the recent stages of the season even though they must defeat Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final in April followed by league matches against Celta and Mallorca.
