It's Friday Night SmackDown time first, but the 2025 Money in the Bank edition is just seconds away. The Dignity Health Arena in Bakersfield, California, will host the WWE SmackDown go-home event live.

The show features advertisements for a number of well-known athletes, including World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso, LA Knight, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes, and Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena. The advertising has revealed a number of the show's matches and segments.

All of the competitors for the men's and women's Money in the Bank ladder match will be gathered on SmackDown before to their fight at the MITB PLE. The six competitors for the men's MITB ladder match are Solo Sikoa, LA Knight, Penta, Seth Rollins, Andrade, and El Grande Americano.

However, Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Roxanne Perez, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, and Naomi have all qualified and will compete in the women's Money in the Bank ladder match.

On tonight's show in Bakersfield, Rhea Ripley will compete against the team of Naomi, Giulia, and Roxanne Perez in a six-woman tag match with Alexa Bliss and Stephanie Vaquer.

In a tag bout at MITB 2025, Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso will square off against Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul. Like last week's episode, the four celebrities will be in one location tonight and are probably going to battle. The altercation will be utilized to build anticipation for Saturday's match at the Intuit Dome.
