On Monday night, Atlanta will travel in an attempt to capture their fifth consecutive victory. The Oklahoma City Thunder will be their opponent, although OKC won't have their best player available.

The game tomorrow night is marked as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander out. Kenrich Williams is also listed as out for the Thunder.

The Hawks' injury report features just two players. Both rookie Kobe Bufkin (thumb) and Wesley Matthews (calf) are still sidelined. De'Andre Hunter left the game momentarily due to a dislocation of his right pinky finger, but he returned and was not mentioned in any way on the injury report for the following day.

That is undoubtedly very important news for tomorrow's game. One of the best players in the NBA is Gilgeous-Alexander, and OKC is much less of a danger without him. That does not imply, however, that they won't be challenging because they have a talented roster. Some of the most gifted young players in the NBA are Josh Giddey, Chet Holmgren, and Jalen Williams; they will be difficult to cover for the Hawks tomorrow. OKC comes into this game with a 3-3 record; following a 0-2 start, the three losses have come in the last four games. They lost a hard-fought match against the Warriors on Friday, but they also did not have Gilgeous-Alexander available.

The Hawks are playing well heading into this game, and they defeated the Pelicans on Saturday night thanks to a strong second half. Jalen Johnson recorded a double-double, Dejounte Murray came dangerously close to a triple-double, and Trae Young played maybe his best game of the year. The Hawks will probably be favorites without SGA, but they will have to battle with skilled young guys on the road to win this game.
