After Curry's record night of 56 points in a 121-115 victory against the Magic in Orlando, the Warriors will be favored to defeat the 76ers on Saturday in Philadelphia by 6.5 points, according to the betting markets. Curry, who scored 22 points in the third quarter alone—more than the Magic's whole squad had—put on another outstanding performance. Curry nailed 12 three-pointers for the third time on Thursday night, and it was his 14th game in which he scored 50 points or more. He basically won the Warriors game because his teammates had a bad offensive night. Butler only scored five points in 32 minutes on the court and was uncomfortable shooting because of back spasms.

Ultimately, Embiid's season was terminated by the Sixers and the team's medical staff. Throughout the season, he made many attempts to go back to his peak, but his knee prevented him from doing so, and there are now rumors that the Cameroonian star withdrew.

The 76ers still have a chance to catch up to the Bulls, who currently hold the last Play-in position, despite this news and their current nine-game losing skid. However, the odds of a club that looked built to win everything winning the NBA at this moment are slim.

Since signing Zach LaVine, the Sacramento Kings have expanded their offensive options to include the 3-point line, adding a new dimension to their attack. According to Cleaning the Glass, they maintained their mid-range brilliance in February and placed in the top 10 in outdoor shooting.

The Houston Rockets, who were in the bottom 10 defensively in that area, will provide a fascinating storyline to follow as they continue to struggle to score at the basket.

The difficult aspect is that Sacramento's focus on mid-range and rim shooting will probably delay this offense, and Houston's defense has remained outstanding overall, slowing shooters in both of the previously stated zones outside the restricted area.

Given that the Kings' defense has been outstanding around the rim and in the long mid-range with some terrible stats against the three, Houston may suffer in this game due to some similar tendencies, ranking in the bottom of the league in terms of outside shot frequency.

With the Rockets' weak defensive frontcourt facing a Kings team that has had trouble scoring down there and the opposite happening on the other end of the court, this game should be one in which both teams try to force the problem inside.
