Fulham, who still have realistic hopes of playing in Europe next season, will host Crystal Palace, a top-10 contender, at Craven Cottage on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League.

Following a 2-0 loss in the rematch at Selhurst Park in November of last year, the Eagles will be out to get revenge on the Cottagers.

In February, Fulham has won three straight games by a combined score of 2-1, including convincing Premier League triumphs over Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United, including a victory against the latter at home last weekend.

Smith, Emile Just before halftime, Forest talisman Chris Wood cancelled out Rowe's early goal, but Calvin Bassey's header in the second half gave the Cottagers the victory they needed. The Cottagers dominated the game and had 10 of their 24 shots on goal, which is tied for the most any team has had against third-place Forest in a Premier League match this season.

After 25 Premier League games this season, Fulham has scored 39 points (W10 D9 L6). Only in 1959–60 (40) have they amassed more points at this time in a top-flight campaign. Marco Silva's team is now in eighth place, five points behind the top four.

After securing victories over Newcastle and Nottingham Forest in their last two outings, Fulham have now won consecutive Premier League matches five times this season. However, they have yet to extend a winning streak beyond two games in the top flight since January 2023.

The Cottagers enter Saturday’s clash with a strong home record against fellow London sides, remaining unbeaten in their last seven such encounters. They will also be aiming to complete a league double over Crystal Palace for the first time since the 2000-01 season, when both teams competed in the second tier, having already beaten the Eagles three months ago.

Crystal Palace’s recent form has seen them win four of their last six matches across all competitions, all by a 2-0 scoreline away from home, while suffering two 2-1 defeats at Selhurst Park, including last weekend’s loss to Everton.

Jean-Philippe Mateta continued his impressive run by netting his seventh goal in six league matches, equalizing after Beto’s opener. However, that was the only successful attempt from Palace’s 17 shots, and Everton secured all three points late in the game through Carlos Alcaraz, handing the Eagles their ninth league defeat of the campaign.
